Let's setup a window manager

I'm going to setup a tiling window manager using awesomewm. The goal is to recreate that brutalist flat style that windows 9x has. I also want to take some
insperation from NsCDE. I found the windows 98 tile set on a website, so now I just need to learn how to set it up in awesomewm. I've only ever used i3 before,
so this might be a little bit more involved since I need to write scripts in Lua. Let's layout some tasks to work on this.
